• Is the event free to attend?

  Yes, admission is complimentary. Swag bags and our perfume bar are reserved for in-person purchases.

• Do I need to RSVP, or can I just show up?

  Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to RSVP so we can reserve a swag bag for you with your in-person purchase. It’s a day you won’t want to miss.

• Are treatments performed at the event?

  Treatments will not be performed during the event. Our team will be on hand for personalized consultations, to answer your questions, and to celebrate with you. Treatments will be scheduled for a later date.

• What do Smooth Society members receive?

  Members enjoy our most exclusive pricing (see the Specials section) along with a premium swag bag filled with additional skincare and indulgent extras. Not yet a member? Learn more here.

• Can I bring a friend?

  Absolutely, we’d love to meet them! If you bring a friend who is new to Hello Smooth, you’ll each get a $50 gift card to use towards a same-day purchase of $200 or more. Please ask your guest to RSVP so we can reserve a swag bag for them with their in-person purchase.

• What should I wear?

  Come as you are. There is no dress code.

• I can’t make it. Can I still shop the sale?

  Of course. Sale packages will be available online, or you’re welcome to call us at 904-342-2383 and our team will gladly assist you by phone.

• Where do I park?

  Complimentary parking is available directly in front of the spa.

• Can I use financing at the event?

  Yes. Explore our financing options and get pre-approved here.

• How do I shop online?

  Online shopping will be open for 24 hours on November 18th only. The link will be shared via email, text, and social media, so stay tuned.

• How do I get the member discounts?

  To receive your exclusive member pricing, you must be a current active member or join the day of the event. All members can call us anytime on November 18th and we’ll be delighted to help. • Can I use my Member Bucks toward a purchase at the Annual Event?

  Absolutely. To redeem your banked Member Bucks and unlock your exclusive member pricing, please shop with us in person or by phone, as these benefits are not available through the online shop. Our team will be delighted to help you make the most of your member perks.

• Can I sign up for a membership at the event?

  Yes. We recommend joining The Smooth Society on or before November 18th to enjoy the greatest savings at our Annual Event and all year long. You can learn more and sign up for a Smooth Society membership here.

• Are event purchases refundable?
