How it works:

• Why join a Smooth Society Membership?

  Our Membership Program is designed for anyone who is committed to staying consistent with their skincare routine, facial treatments, and/or cosmetic injectables. They give you the ability to bank money for your products and services each month and take advantage of special savings during the term of your membership.

• Do the funds expire?

  Your Smooth Society funds never expire during the terms of your membership. If you cancel, you have 90 days to use your remaining balance.

• Is there a time commitment for membership?

  There is a 90-day commitment for our membership programs. If a membership is to be cancelled, we ask for a 30-day written notice. After your membership is terminated, you will have 90 days to use any remaining membership credits on your account.

• What happens to my monthly payment?

  Your monthly payment goes into your smooth bank to spend on services and products anytime during your membership.

• What are the Smooth Society Membership terms?

  Smooth Society Membership Terms:

  • Monthly payment is fully banked and redeemable at any time during membership
  • $50 new member sign-up fee (non-refundable, not included in fund)
  • 3-month initial commitment, then month-to-month renewal
  • 30-day notice required to cancel after 3 month commitment

• What treatments can I use my funds on?

  Your Smooth Society funds can be applied to services and products that are included in the membership tier you signed up for. Your tier determines your discount level on each service and product category.

• Can I change my membership tier later?

  Yes. You can upgrade or adjust at any time. Just contact us for assistance in adjusting your membership tier.

• Is there a cancellation fee?

  There is no cancellation fee. You can cancel your Smooth Society membership after a 3 month commitment. Any remaining balance in your Smooth Bank must be used within 90 days.

• Can I share my membership with a family member?

  Smooth Society memberships are per individual and tied to one person. However, family members can each sign up for their own membership at any tier level. Membership discounts, savings or banked funds cannot be transferred to another person or used on another person’s invoice.

• How do I check my membership balance?

  You can check your Smooth Society Bank balance anytime by logging into the Hello Smooth Med Spa mobile app or via our online webstore. You can also contact us to check your balance.
