Cancellation Policy

Canceling/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to any appointment or consultation will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you are subject to a late cancellation fee of $50 and will have to be rescheduled. 

No-Show Policy

Not showing up to any appointment or consultation OR calling to cancel or reschedule at or after your appointment time will result in a non-refundable no-show/missing appointment fee of $100.

Refund Policy

All sales of services, packages, membership, and goods are final. Under no circumstances are any services or payments made refundable.

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Single Session or Packages are non-refundable and are non-transferable to another person or body part or service.

Any attempt to transfer a service to another person will result in forfeiture of the paid service, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

As a convenience, Hello Smooth accepts payments by credit/debit/care credit card. In order to provide this convenience, Hello Smooth may charge a convenience fee for all credit/debit/care credit card transactions. This convenience fee is a percentage of the transaction and may change from time to time without notice. This convenience fee is non-refundable. 

Gift cards and store credits are non refundable.

Services must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable after the expiration of such twelve (12) month period. If you are pregnant, or experience any change in your condition or medical history, that delays your ability to use such prepaid service credit (as shown by documentation from your physician as reasonably requested by Hello Smooth), then such prepaid services credit must be used within twelve (12) months after you resume your selected treatment or regimen, and is non-refundable thereafter.

In the event of a cancellation on your part, you may be entitled only to store credit. You may use your store credit to purchase any service or product in the store.
