Humble Beginnings, Big Dreams
When we first opened our doors, it was a leap of faith: a tiny laser hair removal spa with just two treatment rooms and one big dream. Pilar poured everything into this vision, working long hospital hours while nurturing Hello Smooth from the ground up. There were plenty of challenges (especially opening our new space in the middle of a pandemic!), but our commitment to honest, subtle results and genuine client care helped us grow. Now, with six treatment rooms and a trusted team, we’re thrilled to be your go-to for skin health and confidence.

We discuss your goals and build a plan rooted in education and safety—there are never one-size-fits-all solutions. Pilar often says, “I really pride myself on natural-looking results. Giving Back to the Community That Lifted Us Up
Giving back isn’t just important to us—it’s at the heart of everything we do. Each year, we host fundraisers for Make-A-Wish and proudly serve as a sponsor of the Jacksonville Wishmaker Ball. In the past year alone, we were able to donate $10,000 to help make local kids’ facing a critical illness and grant wishes to inspire hope and create lifelong memories. We stay connected to our St. John’s neighbors by supporting the causes that mean the most.
