How VIP Membership Works

To start your journey as a Hello Smooth Med Spa VIP, you’ll first select one of our specially curated membership levels, Skin Savings ($100 monthly) or Beauty Bank ($250 monthly). You’ll be charged once per month based on the membership you choose, plus any additional service and product costs at the time of purchase.

The cost of your membership will go towards services and products, hence the names “Skin Savings” and “Beauty Bank”! You can use your membership credits any time during the term of your membership and take advantage of special member savings year-round.

Membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 90 days minimum requirement. 30-day notice required for cancellation. Click here for full terms and conditions.

Our memberships are designed for anyone who is committed to staying consistent with their skincare routine, facial treatments, and/or cosmetic injectables. They give you the ability to bank money for your products and services each month and take advantage of special savings during the term of your membership.

As a non-member, Jen gets 150 units of Dysport every 3 months at $4 per unit for $600*. She also stocks up on some ZO Skin Health products that total $275.

As a Beauty Bank Member, Kelly gets 150 units of Dysport every 3 months at $3.60 per unit and can purchase those same ZO Skin Health products with 10% savings. With Kelly’s Beauty Bank Membership, her card is charged $250 per month and she is able to apply all of that towards products and services.

As a non-member, Jen pays $875 plus applicable sales tax out of pocket for her Dysport treatment and skincare products. As a Beauty Bank member, Kelly applies her 3 months Beauty Bank credits and only pays $37.50 plus applicable sales tax out of pocket.

There is a 90-day commitment for our membership programs. If you choose to cancel, we ask for a 30-day written notice. After your membership is terminated, you will have 90 days to use any remaining membership credits on your account.
